Felt relaxed after practice on the day 1 even though I had a little bit of back pain and stomach pain, I tried to complete this. I feel relaxed now.

Hi Neha, This is really great workout for 4 days I don't think I have come across yoga for 4 days during period. Just another request if you do a simple 5min video to unwind in the night, simple stretching before bed and after a stressful day at work. That would be helpful
