Repeated Day 1 in the evening, and on Day 2 - as instructed, completed this before Day 2 exercise. Also increased the number of counts on each pose by pausing video. Really feeling the back and shoulders stretched. And energised!

Hi mam. Thank you for this series. Guyzz this really works. I could not get complete chakrasana in 7 days. It took more than a month for me but i kept trying and i finally got on following this series.

Where I live no yoga teacher is available. So I could not do the advance yoga.As your technic to teach is very excellant ,I have learnt lot of things from your video without expence money. So you are doing a excellant job. So thank you very much .

I fall in the category of people who want to practice chakrasana but can't as my shoulder & arm strength is dismal. Was thinking/trying on these lines for the last couple of days & voila, here is your video on it. Your videos are immensely helpful for the thought and huge effort you put into understanding & addressing the concerns of others. This is what sets them so much apart from all other yoga videos. I was searching for this video since very long and finally i found this..... Very satisfying.... I want flexibility in my body... Omg... I hv been trying from a long time to do chakrasana but I fail to do so as m not able to lift myself from shoulder's and chest... yesterday only I was searching videos on chakrasana... but couldn't find preparatory asanas/exercises which can help me in chakrasana... and see today I got a notification of ur video... my goodness... unbelievable.. love u dear😘😘hope after 7 days m able to do this

In my case i got to where i am lacking so what i should be practising most is the very last exercise. That is Lifting body with hands. May be this may help in doing shirsan and handstand also later.

Hi Neha well first let me appreciate your efforts and A very well done job...U are a great teacher . I am doing surya namaskar halsana cat and cow pose regularly since last 2 months regularly . Can I do chakrraasana directly or should I follow thy method you taught. PLEASE SUGGEST.once again thank you for sharing your videos..

Hi Chandan thank you so much for the appreciation. When it comes to the practice for Chakrasana Which is a deep backbend I would suggest you to do a lot more warm up as suggested in the videos because only Surya namaskara and Cat/cow posture will not help you to get into Chakrasan even if your back band is good it’s always better to do a complete warm up and then get into major asana. Any difficulties and I will become easy after a great warmup I hope this is helpful 😊🙏

Hello. Thank you for a detailed and informative video. I have a query. I tend to have the trouble of navel displacement. I used to do all these asanas really well before I got this bizarre problem. Now whenever I do any asanas, I get my navel displaced. Do you have any knowledge or guidance on this? Thank you.

That is more than enough for today. You will just have to practice once of one day and then when you practise second day then you have to add first day also same thing goes on. when you practise seventh day you have to practise all 1st to6 days😊🙏
