This is great. I just did Day 1 and I have been doing your challenge from Pranayama and Yoga. This is only my opinion but felt like this video is fast, it's like my breath is not sinking in with my movement. It's like I'm in a hurry. (maybe I am wrong) (maybe the way to edit and do the voice-over)

Hi Riri, thanks for the feedback! Yes some may find it slightly fast paced since we are working towards a big target. I would suggest practicing first with some of my other slower paced videos ( 30 min ones) and then coming to this once you are a bit comfortable.

Thank you so much Jyotsna! Definitely, you can take up the challenge. Do as per your comfort. You can keep doing lesser repetitions for more days and then progressively move up as your stamina builds. Evenings work fine. Just make sure you haven’t eaten for at least 3 hours before you practice.

Hi Preety, yes this is 2 full rounds which are 4 single Surya Namaskar. When we say 108, we do 54 rounds.

Which asana hurts the wrists ? You can replace downward dog with table top position.
