Nice to see an updated video to Foothills trail I hiked the AT in 15 17 and 18 an all 3 were complet hikes and I need to get back in shape yet again so I think I'll try the Foothills since I live in South Carolina so I'll be able to do the AT complete once again

a woman carrying such a big heavy pack and hiking 10 miles impresses me. this does seem to be a pretty train watched another guy andhe went inthe spring but before the trees really had anyleaves. soyours the trees are in leaf and adds to the beauty.

@@JRHikes I was wondering if you'd notice all the y'alls LOL The other hiker is Hiking with Braids. I followed her last portion of her AT hike... she flip flopped a few times and covid closings messed her up some, but ran into her here in VA at Kelly's Knob on the AT, which was pretty cool. Her end was at Grayson Highlands. You're in for some beautiful hiking!
