I lost two accounts that took a combined total of 1.5 years to do starting in 2020. Now ive been playing for about 2 years with my current account. It takes sooooooo long to do anything major such as get required materials, level up or collect biometrics and get tier 3 characters. I only have 3 tier 3 characters and that was from an event and one from epic quest (Venom, Ghost Rider, Sentry). Its basically pay-for-fun or wait 100 years

No, it's not. Do the X-men and Deadpool epic quests to farm feathers, do Doctor Strange epic quest (Strange with a rage can solo Dormammu). Focus on beating every requirement to reach Knull in World boss, don't spend too much time on any lower boss (do it later on to get the Odin's blessings). Most T4s are F2P friendly, buy their bios in the support shop. Use the event tickets to get the Premium card. Climb Shadowlands as far as you can. Get every contribution reward in Dimension mission everyday. Advance Dispatch to get materials and lots of gold twice a day
