Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
Lower body is the focus of this pilates workout, specifically glutes and legs! We'll strengthen and tone the lower body, while also adding in a little mobility and stretching to balance everything out.

I don’t normally like videos that cut in during a workout to advertise something but I know you need to make a living. I love your workouts and I like the wat you cut into a commercial intentionally instead of in the middle of an exercise. I also appreciate the opportunity to get a drink of water. Thank you so much for the 30 Days Series, love it! The only thing that's tricky for me is the four-legged position with leg lifts. I am hypermobile and without prior activation of my scapulas, back and abs, I struggle to hold proper form on all fours. And the lifting of the leg in this position becomes more of an ab, back and arms exercise, I don't really feel it in my glutes or legs. I benefit better from the classical pilates sideline series. But that's just me and my hypermobile body)
