Thank you so much for the 30 Days Series, love it! The only thing that's tricky for me is the four-legged position with leg lifts. I am hypermobile and without prior activation of my scapulas, back and abs, I struggle to hold proper form on all fours. And the lifting of the leg in this position becomes more of an ab, back and arms exercise, I don't really feel it in my glutes or legs. I benefit better from the classical pilates sideline series. But that's just me and my hypermobile body)

Excited to do this series, it's been on my Watch Later playlist for a few years now! If I keep this up for 30 days I'm going to feel so strong. I love workouts like this which are low impact yet super strengthening and mindful. The only negative thing I would like to mention is the rather annoying background elevator music playing, it really isn't needed but that's just my personal opinion. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with us, so generous and greatly appreciated!

I love your stretchy band workouts! They helped me so much with all my pain. I’m a classical musician and since I found you my posture and overall strength made my daily work a lot easier. (Plus that nice side effect that my body looks super toned haha). Could you create a playlist with all your stretchy band workouts? :)

Love this shorter workout! I started subscribing to your channel, and then your website, in 2020, and I still find your videos to be fantastic for my home workouts.
