That was the cutest lil porcupine…. Cutest thing I’ve seen. Had the privilege to get to see a momma Bobcat and her three cubs on Ramdino’s video. Thank you for showing us so much fauna and flora from the trail. Thank you for the hard work on your part capturing all these blessings and trying to download. I appreciate you very much. The baby porcupine was the cutest. I had a very embarrassing experience with black flies. They had bitten me around my eye while sleeping & I spent weeks with a black eye & everyone asking who punched me.

That was the first time I have seen a baby porcupine and I had to look it up since I never thought about the poor mom before. For those wondering, they are born with quills but luckily for mom they are soft at first. Otherwise that would be terrible.

WOW, sorry that the Merrills didn't work for you. I can't wear them either. They just don't fit my foot shape. I hope the Topo's don't make your feet hurt in the rocks. I would be careful with the Croc's in the rocks. (I'm too old to start being a poet!) The baby porcupine was cool. You are moving along at a good pace, I hope you can get the shoe / foot problem sorted soon. geek

What “model” of Topo are you wearing ? I’m not thru hiking anywhere, but I have the Topo Traverse arriving by Wednesday, they are supposedly more stable which is good for my ankle, so I hope they work out well for waterfall chasing Good luck to you. That baby porcupine was so cute, was hoping mom wasn’t around & feeling threatened
