Hey Sass… I’m so glad your feet are feeling better. Prob should keep your routine up just encase this may be something that you’ll have to deal with. I pray not. That’s the problem with overuse issues… there isn’t any way to not overuse if you’re thru hiking. You’ve done a great job! You’re a joy to follow. I am so happy that your feet are doing better! Time will tell, the rocks start after Duncannon. I think you will be fine. Did you get to check out the A.T. Museum at Pine Grove? There is an exhibit in there about my cat Ziggy. Hiking strong, moving good and still smiling and laughing. You're hiking great Sass! You got this! geek
