How soon can we micro-needle after hair transplant? And does micro-needling work alone if someone is already using Dutasteride and Loniten orally? Also what do you think of RU58441, I don’t believe I’ve seen you speak on this topic

I'd wait around a month, or better off, wait as long as needed for skin to fully heal (I.e. no redness left). I've discussed RU amongst other treatments in my video on various hair loss treatments. Find it on my channel. In short - not a fan.

Some surgeons provide antibiotics right after HT so drinking should be avoided during this period..

Is it crucial for the scabs to have been removed by day 11? I still have scabs at day 11. My doctor seems to prefer the very gradual approach to softening and removing scabs.

Normal range is between day 10 and 14. This really depends on how careful you are when washing your hair. After my 1st Transplant they got off after day 14, however after 2nd HT i wasn't as careful (I knew I can remove them safely earlier and they were starting to come off after 8 or so days.

Is it ok to use dryer frequently? I have long hair like you had. It takes so much time to dry up naturally.

Of course it's fine. The only issue is you can make your hair frizzy and dry if you keep high heat, too close to hair & too often.

Hey Rolando, here a new subscriber, I saw your videos and I presume you are Portuguese, do you? I am from Spain but living in Japan where the HT for 3.000graft by Fut it is 18.000euros and if I chose to Fue is between 12.000euros with Artas robotic or by had 30.000euros. Question: how much usually cost in Portugal/Spain for 3k grafts in general speaking??? I will be back to my country in December for a couple of weeks and I am recollecting information. Thank you.

Welcome to the channel! I'm Lithuanian and live in UK :) This is pretty expensive. Didn't expect such prices from Japan! If I were you I'd be looking at Thailand as an example. Much cheaper and there are some great surgeons. Look up Hairsmith clinic. I'm not sure about the price, but should be cheaper. In general in Europe good surgeon is charging between 2.5€/graft to 5€/graft. So for 3000 grafts would be €7500-€15,000

Anyway, here in Japan is extremely expensive and most of the clinics around 90% are about Fue but just 20% in Fut. The good thing os about doctors, most of them has the ISHRS and ABHRS so it is make me feel confortable, but is pricy as you can see. What about "Fueexpert clinic Madrid"??? Dr. Couto is great surgeon too, but has incredibly long waiting list (even for consultation). If you need FUT look for Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Feriduni, Dr. Muresanu. Latter is considered the best In whole Europe.

Between day 10-14 they should fall off. If you're at day 10, don't be afraid massaging it with shampoo. Wet it for 5 min under water, put shampoo, leave it for 5 min and then massage it. Rinse it, put more shampoo and repeat.

iam very curious how it develops , its looking good man up until now. Good tips i need to start saving more ASAP. Iam just a bit afraid of finasteride i think i gonna freeze my sperm first which only costs 80 euro here in the Netherlands. Its a low chance of less fertility but still dont wanna take any risks. You really gained my trust on hairtransplants with your vids thx

I stopped minoxidil before 1st HT and didn't start again until now. It's best to stop around 2 weeks before HT.
