Had been waiting for todays challenge.! Wow.! My abdomen feels crushed, the twisted knee raise was so so intense. Loved it 😭 it was amazing.! Pushing myself to do a standing routine now.!🔥 Thank you for the variety in content Hannah🙏🏻 ❤️
