HELLO HANNAH!!! So many things to do, so just done my routine with that session and another one which relaxed me really( session of stretching exercises for 30mn!)! Thanks sweet friend and see you tomorrow! Lots of love. Namaste.

I was feeling so groggy this morning,getting the Lockdown blues again, but this 15mins helped so much, I love the leg workouts you do, they energise all the body! x thank you

Had been waiting for todays challenge.! Wow.! My abdomen feels crushed, the twisted knee raise was so so intense. Loved it 😭 it was amazing.! Pushing myself to do a standing routine now.!🔥 Thank you for the variety in content Hannah🙏🏻 ❤️
