Day 12 - Full Body Strength
Hello everyone! Welcome to Day 12 of our 30 day yoga challenge. Today, we’re focusing on full body strength with a powerful 10-minute flow. This sequence will build strength, stability and endurance throughout your entire body.
We'll be flowing through Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Peaceful Warrior, and Extended Side Angle. Each pose is designed to engage multiple muscle groups, helping you develop a balanced and strong physique.
What to Expect:
- Warrior 1 to engage the legs and core
- Warrior 2 to strengthen the legs and improve focus
- Peaceful Warrior to stretch the side body and build endurance
- Extended Side Angle to work on stability and strength
Tips for Today:
1. Engage Your Core: Keep your core muscles activated to support your balance and strength in each pose.
2. Breathe Deeply: Use your breath to help you stay focused and calm, especially during challenging moments.
3. Find Your Foundation: Ground through your feet and distribute your weight evenly to maintain stability.
