Old houses have character, a history and built way better than the ones built today. The farmhouse I lived in was like 100 years old when I was little. I so wished we could have done a complete remodel on it. But the pest control folks said the wood had ever kind of wood bugs known to man. Would have cost a bundle just to handle that. Susan, the house was so beautiful. I know it was hard to let go of it. I loved the pics of the house. ❤😊

Hey you 2...just do your own thing...I never listen to what other people say I should do with my house, hair or clothes!!! I have long hair. No polyester clothing and i have lots of stuff and I am happy as ever!!🙏✌️❤️❤️

Amazing job, this house 🏡 is beautiful. I think you two have ONE more remodel left in you, there are some neat older homes around just begging to be brought back to life. My grandfather bought a farm in the late 1940s and my grandmother was so excited because it had a house on the property. She said it looked like a chicken coop when he showed it to her. LOL 😂 Luckily my grandfather was a great carpenter and they turned that old house into a real home. They are gone but the house is still standing, surrounded by big fancy homes. Our family shared the best times of our life in that house and these so called modern farmhouses they are building today are a joke. Give me a wrap around porch and a swing, flowers 🌺 everywhere, and shade trees 🌳 all in the yard, plus an apple orchard.

Beautiful home❤. I’ve decided that I disagree with realtors. Twenty years ago when we put our house on the market, they told us to declutter everything, neutral, simple, etc. I trusted my gut and said no. The first person that looked at it bought it and paid cash. The home we bought, built in 1880 sold me because of the primitive style of the owners before us and so glad that I followed my gut instinct. Just love you two together, always so much fun and so sweet❤
