SO HAPPY to see a new video! Those screens are for windows! You tuck them at the bottom between the window frame and the sill and stretch to fit side to side! I grew up in a home pre-air conditioning! They were a hot commodity if you could find them! BTW, you taste is so much like mine…and I have an antique space too!

Loved the haul. Have to admit sometimes when I am going to an estate sale think about the lives that once filled the walls with life. Kinda sad but guess its better that items are saved for others to treasure.

I was yelling at the screen the whole time! Lol You need to pick up the Scotch plaid cooler that was in one of the sheds when you go back. Also, I thought I saw some Fiesta ware in a dish rack, maybe. Glad you are able to go back! Please film your second visit; this one was so fun!

Those sliding screens!! I paint two different scenes on each half that can be foreground and background and can stand on their own or slid together and make a scene together.

Put smaller packs of the buttons in your booth...$8 a pack- they will go like hot cakes!!!👍 ( sort glass buttons together and don't forget to hit the yellow/green/clear ones with a black light!)

Two best days of my life, we’re picking. I’m 63. I took similar buttons, each different, and sewed them on a wool jacket to replace the existing buttons. I’ve also clustered some on the lapel of a jacket. Also, they look great covering a lamp shade.

So cool! The floral metal tray my family had when I was growing up (1970s). We called them tv tables for eating while watching tv. It would have had a folding stand. We had a whole set! I thought they were ugly back then but it looks pretty spectacular 50 years later. Like a piece of art😊

I love buttons. I have used them in clear containers, about 3" up. Then I insert tall taper candles. So pretty. Great score!!! You must have that wall cabinet.

I had a cabin in Fort Valley, Shenandoah County 30 years ago. I would go at onsite auctions and find incredible goodies, this home reminds me of those good old days. You found some fantastic items and you saved them from the landfill. Planning a girls trip in February to The Factory Antique Mall to visit your booth, hope I see some of the treasures.

Oh my. What fun. Re: the buttons. I once met a man at an antique show who was selling buttons for his daughter. He said he was putting her through college with them. He wasn’t kidding. Evidently they are collectible! He had them all lined up in display frames. The tin box you found looked promising!

GREAT pick! Although the first few minutes did look like the opening to a horror movie, tbh. Loved everything, especially that gorgeous yellow vase, and even the buttons! (Pro tip: wash them, you'll be shocked at how much gunk comes off.) Also love your vignettes, you definitely have an eye. Stay warm!

My sister and I are planning a weekend getaway and we want to come to your part of Va to go to Antique Mall, mostly to come to your booth. We love antiquing. It's amazing how many things we see that our Mother or Grandmothers had that at the time didn't give a thought to. Any suggestions on a good place to stay? I can't remember the name but there was one hotel that was said to be right across the street with good reviw ratings. Can't wait to finally make it there. Love your videos ❤
