Hello Neha Mam, I did this session in the evening. I completed the whole session and while doing chakrasana , i hesitated to do it thinking i will never be able to do it, as i have tried doing it before following your chakrasana series an year ago. I left practising it as i couldn't reach to the posture. From the past 15 days I've been following this routine and today at the end i tried doing sethubandhasana keeping my hands behind the ear annndddd voila i did it. I am able to lift myself up with my arms and finally got into the posture. I shouted out of happiness . Thank you soo much mam. Please these kind of routines regularly and do start a yoga routine for weight loss. Thank you once again😁😍

Your way of teaching is awesome. have been practicing yoga for more than 12 years now,very few people are able to give right instructions. Surely commandable😀

It's was such an amazing session. I had a little bit of difficulty with warrior 2 my back knee hurt just a little. But I was surprised I could do chakrasna 😊😊😊. Thank you so much for these videos ....

Was not able to do chakrasana. Not enough arm strength. Will work on it now. Also finally able to catch up :)

Hi Neha, I couldnt do the chakra asana, I could only lift the lower half of the body, My arm could not lift my upper body
