Day 14 - Relax and Recharge
Hello everyone! Welcome to Day 14 of our 30 day yoga challenge. Today, we're focusing on relaxation and recharging our bodies and minds. It's important to give ourselves time to rest and restore, especially after the more intense practices we've been doing.
Today's sequence includes Legs Up the Wall, Restorative Twists, Reclined Butterfly, and Savasana with a body scan. These poses will help you unwind, release tension and rejuvenate your energy.
What to Expect:
- Legs Up the Wall to promote circulation and relaxation
- Restorative Twists to gently release tension in the spine and torso
- Reclined Butterfly to open the hips and relax the body
- Savasana with a body scan to fully relax and recharge
Tips for Today:
1. Create a Relaxing Environment: Find a quiet space, dim the lights and use props like blankets and cushions to support your body.
2. Focus on Your Breath: Use deep, slow breaths to help calm your mind and enhance relaxation.
3. Let Go: Allow yourself to fully surrender to each pose, releasing any tension or stress you might be holding.
