Join me for leg day!
Each exercise is paired with a 40s pulse followed by 30 second rest.
Beginners start with 10s pulse
Intermediate try for 20s pulse
Advanced try for 30s pulse
Expert try for 40s pulse
I am using a pair of 10lbs dumbbells for my workout. #homeworkout #dumbbellonly
