DAY 16 OF SOFA TO SUMMIT: A 30 DAY FITNESS JOURNEY
Today is Day 16 of Sofa To Summit, and it's core mobility day!

Today's workout will be a 40-20 interval workout. Do each exercise for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest. Adjust the intervals as needed and modify the exercises as necessary.
The exercises are:
Tabletop March
Dead Bugs
Band Rows
Renegade Rows
Dirty Dog Hip Circles

I could not do the table top march. My triceps instantly cried so I did have to do them from my sits bones. Dead bugs were fun and, yes, it took a sec to get coordinated but once I gottit, I gottit. My favorite was band rows.
