Love hip opening stretches! They feel so good and I always get my low back & usually on hip to pop as well . I should work on other stretches as you show , I will . I have to do it daily and need to do it twice a day ! That has to feel good after a plane ride and enjoy your stay in Nola 🫶, I’m at the other end of the state not for too much longer , it was 80 here today 👌 I love the heat equals livery light clothes . One thing I do like about Nola is how rustic it is and it’s history ! And also some good Cajun food 👌. I would never live there by all means , it’s definitely going to be nice weather right now . Your airb&b is definitely cool 👌, showing the house would be really cool and thank you for the little tour of your room. See ya tomorrow Adison ⭐️🫶❤️🤗’s.
