I really like the movement when I roll Down and walk with the hands along the mat. It really showed me how much stronger and flexibel I have becom. Feels GOOD! 💪🏼🇸🇪

Hi Hanna. I've been enjoying the works outa so much. The moves I find really challenging are the ones which are like a forward split with one leg straight out in front and behind. Is there an easier modified version of those?
