I miss you nut had to give up the pilates it was causing too much low back pain. Not your fault I have arthritis bad in my facet joints. I have to do what I can but will pop in to say Hi. How is USA treating you?

it really hurt the hips to do the sideways exercise in part one. i find myself leaning back on the hips to avoid pressing on the bony parts. am i doing this wrong? is it supposed to hurt the bony parts?

Hi Cheryl, make sure you use an appropriate mat. I suggest you use the 10mm mat minimum. It will help with your joints and bones. Hope it answer your question!

@@MovingMangoPilates hannah when i started working out i couldn't touch my toes ...neither i could bridge pose properly nor i could do planks ....for me 5 sec planks was a challenge...now after 3 months i can do all the above most easily n am doing there advanced modifications too... m truely happy .... not to forget my knee back pain it got so so so much help. .. thanks a ton .... p.s. now m a sexy strong mom.....
