Day 19: Active Recovery and Flexibility
1. Stretching:

"Today's workout was a real challenge! I'm on day 19 of the calisthenics workout challenge and I'm starting to feel the burn. I did a series of burpees, mountain climbers, and squats to get my heart rate up and work my legs. I also did some push-ups and lunges to target my upper body. The workout was tough, but I'm feeling accomplished and proud of myself for pushing through the discomfort. Bring on the next day's challenge!"
