Brake relay valves and the emergency valve on the trailer can leak when it gets this cold. Also check all those swivel quick connect fittings on the suspension components where the nylon air hoses go in. Use some soapy water when you get to a warmer area.👍

Yes, sir, we understand. I started out on a 1973 needle nose pete. 6×4 transmission. I retired 2 years ago. I owned kenworth w900. For me, the best truck on the road.

I can remember being in Fargo one winter and the fuel pumps would not pump.

Good morning I have been able to take a few weeks off during this cold snap here in PA. As I get older, I don’t like the cold or the snow. I use a fuel card OOIDA has and I really like it. I can put my route in and it will list all the fuel stops along the way and any discounts available. No charge at all for the card

Yes .. My nastc card I could do that, and my new ES card My new card is about 5 to $0.10 cheaper at the pump But I got a few hidden cost My old card has a $250 membership and $4.50 a week.

I questioned you taking that load. Are you putting number 1 fuel in ur tanks ? That’s an xtra cost ! I feel for ya. You’ve dug urself a whole and it’s gonna be tough crawling up outta it. There’s no freight out there and what there is will weigh 50,000 lbs paying 1.50 a mi. I know you gotta create cash flow but Montana in January ! Good luck I feel for ya. That cold weather is hard on equipment not to mention all the salt ur gonna have up under it before you get back to warm weather

Yeah there wasn't much up there but I got lucky. CH Robinson called had a load, a gearbox, picking up about 200 miles from where I was at coming back to Iowa for $3,500 on 750 miles Sometimes it's just luck

Man, $6000 and you’re still in the hole? Those numbers just floor me. I have no payments. I’m debt free. My insurance is $111 a year. My total yearly expenses are around $15,000. Get out of that trucking life and do what I do. Trust me

If you can hang on and get your truck paid off. Also, with Trumps policies, we will be out of the freight recession this year. You got a good setup with a good truck and 2 types of trailers. There is a lot of money in your future…Just a company drivers 2 cents.

I really like your channel. The music you play doesn’t seem to fit your personality just my opinion. Stay safe and warm. Alabama here

After expenses and taxes, I figure $1800 in your pocket for this 4-day run. Good luck finding a load to make this run worth it! Music is getting better.
