the exercise was great also the last few minutes with semi side planks etc u made my breath pace n body challenge... also i thought my leg can make circles exercise easily but boy o boy was i wrong it tough n it streches the muscles as well as burns ...i know i felt d burn... i m so looking forward to this whole month.... lots of love
