Welcome to Day 20 of our 30-Day Yoga Challenge!
Congratulations on making it this far. Today, we are diving into Power Yoga, which is designed to build strength, stamina, and endurance. This dynamic practice will get your heart rate up and challenge your muscles, leaving you feeling invigorated, energised and empowered.
What to Expect:
- A faster paced practice that will boost your energy
- Engaging your entire body for a full workout
- Building heat and sweating out toxins
Tips for Today:
1. Stay Hydrated- Drink plenty of water before and after your practice to keep your body hydrated.
2. Listen to Your Body- Power yoga can be intense, so take breaks if needed and modify poses to suit your level.
3. Focus on Breath- Use your breath to maintain your pace and flow smoothly between poses.
Remember, power yoga is about building strength both physically and mentally. Embrace the challenge and push yourself but always honor your body’s limits. Consistency is key and every bit of effort you put in is bringing you closer to your goals.
