Yeah… I’m not a fan of biscoff either. I’d probably give it a 2/10. But I’m keen to see the final results of this one, as I’m doing the pav this year for our family Christmas. 😄

I agree biscoff cookies on it’s own is a bit too sweet - but the presentation is so precious and the loveliness of you two beautiful ladies well that is truly what makes all of your videos worth watching - have you ever tried snickers and Pavlova or amaretti cookies? Banoffee is banana and toffee. Biscoff is more cinnamon-y but can't remember the actual taste

It’s a meringue nest filled with cream and then traditionally topped with fresh fruits.

All you non-vegans ruined Biscoff for us! LOL! It was our secret, was 30% cheaper, came in a fantastic, reusable glass jar and was always available. Then non-vegans discovered it, went bat-shite crazy for it and suddenly it was constantly sold out. Eventually it became more easily available again but in a nasty plastic jar and 30%+ more expensive!! This is why we can't have nice vegan things!! LOL! I'm very happy though, for the family in Europe that has made Biscoff as their family business for however long, they must be making bank now!!

A Mach.2 might be called for, i.e. plain (!🩷) Fresh Whipped Cream with just a drizzle of the sauce and half the crumbs.
