Awesome. The alcohol blender also works really well on water-soluble oil pastels. Also stains the marker, but you can clean it, and the pigments stay where you put them, much better with the blender.

Now I've used them with colored pencils, and residues build up until the nib is uselsssly clogged. But I wonder, since Inktense are (to my understanding) dried ink vs waxy pigment, maybe that's a lower risk?

Heating your nib might also help unclog it.

Yes! I did this in a few more recent videos and it works well. You just have to be careful that it doesn’t flow out too quickly.

@@SarahRenaeClark Do you happen to recall one of the video titles? You produce a lot of content. I'm trying to find something that will allow me to work with my arthritis.. I just can't colored pencil traditionally anymore it's too hard on my hands. I've been painting in them instead but have to convert each page to proper paper which is a pain, especially for oversized/double sided books.

Just be aware they will stain the marker tips. I used one of the many spare blenders I’ve ended up with because they come in every set
