Love the channel and all the videos! Keep it up!!! One suggestion I have is when you do a contract it is cheaper to borrow the equipment needed for the contract than it is to lease something that you don’t own and you can use the borrowed equipment on more than one contract you just have to wait to collect until you have finished all the work

weeders and hoes are different tools, there is 1 hoe in the shop under weeders, its not obvious until u read the description up the top right. But you needed a hoe not a weeder for medium weeds

Can that green trailer you have, be reconfigured to flatbed? If it can, then you could use it to move your oil quicker

You don't have to interact with the bee spawn point if you place it on the pallet storage barn point, I've done that exact thing, works flawlessly with no interaction needed Edit: just incase you've forgotten. "I've got a record player that was made in 2014" 😉🤣🤣

If you don't complete on the contract, when its finished it will aromatically complete the next time, you log in to the game.

a 3 point sprayer with the spot spray option is all u really need for weed control. weeders are really a waste IMHO and when it comes to the high on the oil, just change from store to sell. no need to load and run pallets

You could have gotten a grain trailer, took the sides off inside of the buy menu, and then stacked the canola oil on top of the trailler, It's a more affordable method and the seatbelts are already included aswell. Anyway, I enjoyed the video, and I believe this is an amazing series.

Thing you found a glitch SpiffingBrit didn't know about, renting equipment for a contract and using it for other contacts and using the hired tractors and I assume trailers on your own farm

You cannot keep contract equipment “forever” the contracts update every couple months and they do expire eventually. They just disappear even if you’ve accepted the job and completed it, it will not pay you unless you accept payment, but sometimes that’s worth it if your going to put a bunch of time on rented equipment. I’ve had a contract fastrac I used to branter train like 3 million liters of crops to sell, and it only cost me the fuel and some minor repair on my trailers.

You get more Yield if you use a Hoe ore a Weeder instead of a Sprayer

I haven't caught up to this née video yet. But you need to have a note pad and make a list of each individual task you need to do each month or make a list of everything you need to do when you rent an implement. And make sure you cross your Ts ans dot your Is. Those little things in real farming are huge.

lol you were talking about the next billionaire series at the end of this episode as if your almost there but I don’t think you realize how close to the start you actually are. If the goal is 1billion, the we can find the progress % basically from you net worth. I’m going to estimate that you have about $1million in land and assets (might be a bit generous) that would put you at 0.1% of your goal. That doesn’t even include the loan, so you’re probably closer to 0.05%. You will only get to 1% when you have $10million net worth. I’m just poking a little fun, I love the videos and keep up the good work!

The chopstar 5-90 is the only weeder that can remove medium sized weeds as well as small weeds, rent that one for a whirl next time!

There is a mod called self marketing it does a version of that small self sell stand etc like 19 and there is a trigger production for most if not all base game

Just wondering if you know this, but why didn't the game add a tutorial for it? I'm trying to play it with the knowledge I get from your videos and other videos on KZbin. Only thing I know what to do so far is cut grass, windrow it, and bale it or shred it up to make mulch or whatever it's called. But I wish the map was more easier to read. Like if you hovered over the icon, it would tell you what it is as it doesn't have a legend.

When you first start on Elm creek, it gives you the option to do a tutorial. You can also go up to the “?” Icon at the spawn and it will give you a menu of everything you’ll need to know! You can also find this same menu in the options menu in game.

I believe there is a tutorial at the beginning of the 3 base game maps. The help menu has a wealth of info as well. It is a incredibly complicated game for beginners. Being a old farmer myself some of the stuff is still hard to figure out.

I’ve actually spent some time recently bouncing around public multiplayer elm creek maps just showing people how to farmsim with in game equipment, I’d never have went back to elm creek if it wasn’t for TFP I’m probably 1,200 hour into the game and pretty much exclusively use modded equipment. So it was kind of fun to go back to basics.

@@cletusaschoff7475 I couldn’t play mobile, I can barely survive on these tiny console maps until I can get my case filled in and get my auto drive and cp back, dealing with the giants ai requires a skill I didn’t know I had.

@SuperDriver379 well I don't have a choice and giants ruined mobile with fs 20 they made an improvement with 23 but I would rather they go back to 18 and make a new map and add production and all the equipment from 20 and 23 at least fs 18 when a set a ai cross the map it did it maybe not the shortest route but it got there I just hope some that cares makes a mobile farming simulator some day

I'm a 42yr old farmer from Minnesota. I love your vids but I'll be dead by the time you get to a billion dollars if you don't drastically change something. I don't think anyone realizes how much a billion is. At 25 million a year it will take 40 years to reach 1 billion.
