Actually, it's "molho." It's more vinegary than pico. Also, like you discovered at the end, the molho and farofa is just eaten on top of the feijoada, which I think you forgot to name. Feijoada and picanha are Brazilian staples. The coxinhas are a favorite street food/ delicacy. Brigadeiros are a sweet treat, and a staple at anyt Brazilian dinner party. You got ALL the right stuff! Just don't forget, feijoada is THE main dish, the Brazilian standard. Next time try Moqueca! If you live seafood, you won't be disappointed!

On 4 August 2020, a large amount of ammonium nitrate stored at the Port of Beirut in the capital city of Lebanon exploded, causing at least 218 deaths, 7,000 injuries, and US$15 billion in property damage, and leaving an estimated 300,000 people homeless. A cargo of 2,750 tonnes of the substance (equivalent to around 1.1 kilotons of TNT) had been stored in a warehouse without proper safety measures for the previous six years after having been confiscated by the Lebanese authorities from the abandoned ship MV Rhosus. The explosion was preceded by a fire in the same warehouse, but as of September 2021, the exact cause of the detonation is still under investigation. The blast physically shook the whole country of Lebanon. It was felt in Turkey, Syria, Palestine, and Israel as well as parts of Europe, and was heard in Cyprus, more than 240 km (150 mi) away. It was detected by the United States Geological Survey as a seismic event of magnitude 3.3,[1] and is considered one of the most powerful artificial non-nuclear explosions in history. The Lebanese government declared a two-week state of emergency in response to the disaster. In its aftermath, protests erupted across Lebanon against the government for their failure to prevent the disaster, joining a larger series of protests which have been taking place across the country since 2019.

there aren’t any main dishes with farofa, usually it comes as a side dish, but you can use to make farofa temperada, the recipe is very free to your imagination, i like to sauté some onions, then add bacon, shredded carrots, corn and lots of green onions and parsley, you mix up everything in a pot and it becomes a great side dish to eat with churrasco (grilled meat) or even with rice and beans like in the video

Boil the ramen noodles (to desired doneness) without the seasoning packet. Veggies or meat are optional but if used saute with half the seasoning packet and the soy sauce along with the other seasonings added. Then drain the water from the noodles and add to the pot with sauted ingredients. Add sugar and more soy sauce and continue to stir fry until at your desired consistency. Sauce should be sticking to noodles and they should be sticky.

For next day try Irish stew - very basic stew broth with beef, barley oats, carrot, parsnip, mushroom, potato, lots of onion, garlic and of course a can of Guinness. In comparison to other countries, our food culture is very stripped back and I suspect it's from such a recent famine and years of having our agricultural economy controlled by colonisation lol. What we do though we do it good I promise. Doesnt get much better for a hearty comfort meal. Greetings from Connemara, love your channel ! ❤
