When working on a difficult part or skill, it can be easy to forget that it’s not just about getting your fingers into the right place to get those notes out. Making sure they fit within the song’s feel and bring out the musical story you’re trying to tell is just as critical.
So today, let’s dig in to these two concepts to make sure you’re getting the most out of each note you play.
