Breath of fire with the head back was definitely one of the tougher poses… i suddenly felt a reeeally uncomfortable feeling coming up and had a big urge to run away from it. Not like i couldnt do it physically, it was more emotionally . Never had this before. Very interesting…. Thank you Mariya, SAT NAM ❤

Day 28 Complete! Was happy for this practice because my calf muscles were so sore from that cross-footed squat yesterday that I cold barely climb my stairs today!

Holding head back with breath of fire was uncomfortable for me, I did not think I was going to feel that way, you looked so effortless lol but I wanted to keep stopping! When I do this on the second rotation, I will compare and see how I feel at that point, felt like things were releasing. Very intersecting. Thank you!

laurenrlevitt Sat Nam, tilt back only as much as you feel comfortable. There is no point in hurting your neck. Slowly you will build the stamina. Blessings, M
