When I played this map, I connected the two bigger fields into one and removed that driveway. I also planted grass where that driveway ran. Made it nice to have one big field to work instead of 2! Keep up the great work!

If you want to be able to see the progress of the planter while it’s being planted you should do the rolling after the planting is done

When you farm for real. you always roll after you plant. To set the stones down in the dirt and This allows combine operators to run their headers on the ground at harvest time without fear that those foreign objects will damage the machine. and makes it smooth for the combine

If you use oilseed radish, it grows in 1 month, then you till it into the soil and plant your cash crop and it gives you 1 stage of fertilizer for the cash crop. The oilseed radish can also be planted by the weeder you have. The only cost is time and the little bit of seed used, which you have seen the weeder uses barely any

You need to rent a train to sell at Goldrest, which costs a lot of money

To sell at Goldcrest, you need to go to the opposite side of the map and hire a train which costs around 1000$ to take your crop and sell there. He made the right decision

21:00 Don't return the tractor and spreader in this instance; you have to pay the full upfront leasing cost each time, compared to the daily rate to hold it until the next month which is much cheaper, and you'll need the tractor and spreader again next month to add the second application of fertilizer. That's easily a loss of 5k+ as compared to 2k if you just held onto it.

You can backup articulated trailers easier if you connect them to the front of the tractor and do it that way.

Chance of Billionare in 6 years: 0.0000%. Wont even be a Millionare in 6 years. But will be fun to watch how he progresses. IMO, a player will go crazy from repetition before reaching 1B. Especially on elmcreck with no mods. Should be a good series

i know its to late but i would rather own the tractor and lease the combine then own the combine and lease the tractor. because you pay leasing per work hour. as well as work day. so if you have a tractor thats running a most of the time you dont want to have it leased and pay for it every hour it is working when you can just buy it and lease the combine thats only running once a year.

I like how the ai makes one tractor look like 3 different tractors. Like how does a john deere have an allis chalmers style cab, and an international front end, btw it looks giant compared to the operator

Base game, no mods on Xbox: earn enough to plant cotton, build sheep paddock, buy spinnery, sell cloth to build tailor, cycle Sunflowers with cotton, buy oil mill, sell clothes then oil in alternating seasons. $1B in 6 years on this map.

Think if your doing 1 day months you should go on lower time speed. If you finish what you need for the month then speed it up.

Dude, i just started your challenge also, but without any solar or wind generators only farming. If you put yourself bee hives in place you have every month in 10 minutes between 5 and 10k for paying your bills. Thats how i did my basic income. And now starting farming with the crapyst tools i could find XD

I'm loving the series (despite being late to the party), but one thing I don't understand is that you frequently stress about not having enough time, but never seem to lower it below 10x. Why not just set it to real time, or even 0.5x time, when time is tight? Or is this a rule you set yourself that I missed in Ep 1?

I know this is an older video, but why do you run time in 30x speed and then complain it gets dark or you have to pay for another day of leasing fees. Can't you just slow down time?
