Yes kyuki agar aap set nhi karoge na toh woh correcter aapke foundation se mixed ho jayega and dono mix hoke ek tint bana denge for eg orange corrector foundation se mix hoke peachy tone bana dega us jagah. But haa remember heavy set nhi karna hai jaise aap concealer ko karte ho, ek halka sa layer set kardena taaki cakey bhi na lage. I hope maine aapni query solve kari Edit: loose powder se hi karna compact under eyes ke liye khas work nhi karti kyunki woh bhi ek coverage deti hai rest of the face ke liye badiya kaam karti hai
