Day 3 Of LEARNING APEX LEGENDS & I May Still Suck

Today we jump back into Apex Legends as i try and learn more about the game and get better at it!!!
I’m definitely starting to feel more comfortable with the movement, but my aim and weapon choice may just be actually bad.

Here is a few things to know: 1. You can see a weapons name by looking at the bottom left where your swap button is. 2. There is a way to basically remove recoil by strafing in one direction and aiming in the other. 3. Every legend has a passive Wraiths gives you information on enemy activity. 4. Wraiths tactical makes you invincible for a few seconds. 5. Use the r301 it is not the best ar but it has a very easy recoil to get used to recoil control. 6. You can not find armor on the floor you have it naturally. Armor can level up by getting kills or doing legend class actions like opening a red or blue bin or scanning a care package. There is also evo stations around the map that will give you evo points. 7. You can swap armor from opponents giving you instant health 8. Use mixtape to get used to different weapons and legends and look up videos if you want to know about every legend. 9. Play cover. Positing in this game is the most important even a little amount of cover is an advantage 10. Have fun it is a game and I hope you will enjoy it as much as the rest of us.

Heres some helpful apex tips to survive the outlands! Cirle binks on minimap when outside of it. If you pick up ammo+magazine before weapons compatible will be fully loaded once equipped. In the inventory while swapping an item, you can drop items right from that screen by pressing the interact/reload button instead of confirm. Some weapons can open doors if shot such as marksmans & snipers. Floor loot is guaranteed & will get you kills faster if you're lucky. Controversial i suppose but hold to slide is superior along with bumper jumper & my preferred play style along with custom button inputs which is available for almost every button input. Seeing him smoke a bloodhound in ult hurt me a little. I love this game so much man.. I've been playing for like two years and still pretty bummish and float around the Diamond/Platty level.

look up apex recoil smothing. it's a game mechanic. basically removes your recoil while moving it's called evo armor. you level it up by doing damage, collecting evo caches. plus every character in the game is in a class. assault, skirmisher, support, etc... every class has it's own unique way to level up the evo even more by doing specific tasks, like opening assault bins, support bins, scanning ring consoles or care packages, etc..... . do all these things to level up your evo. some care package have really big evo caches. like 1000 points or so.

8:13 - Armour can no longer be found on the ground . You have to find an evo harvester . Damage also goes towards your shield . And depending on what style character that you play interacting with Beacons , care packages , reviving teammates etc help your evo upgrade .

Loving the content man! I picked up apex in season 10 during the warzone 1 cheating peak. Your journey rn reminds me of my own struggle trying to learn the game and it’s pretty nostalgic for me now that I have thousands of hours and been a master 5 seasons. The biggest reason you’re running into so many sweat lords in solos is because it’s a limited time mode so it likely doesn’t have the same sbmm you would get in trios. I appreciate you trying to learn in solos organically and it’s really cool content because it’s a limited time mode, but would love to see you try trios eventually to experience the real game. If you open the inventory menu there is a tab on the right that says legend, and will tell you the specifics on your passive/tactical/ultimate abilities.

The best tool to improve is mixtape. Wish I had it when I started, learning through br is a harsh cruel bxxxh lol I would not recommend learning through solos. If anything get your lvl up so you can go into ranked. Youll be more "likely" placed with real bronze players. Makes it a bit easier.

7:31 its called recoil smoothing its a trick where you move both of your joysticks in the opposite direction of eachother it basically removes all recoil its op u should learn it (also you upgrade your amour as you deal damage) you cant find it on the ground

Just a lil tip kindof, although the flatline is really good, its drawback is its recoil pattern, i'd recommend getting an r-301 cause its a lil better in the recoil regard,

12:28 The Car SMG you’re using can use light and heavy attachments. Also Wraith is an oracle so she will tell you when people are near you and if you’re being aimed at . Look at care packages for characters in her class to get more points towards your evo upgrade. High ground is king 14:17 Also remember to cary plenty of health . 2 med kits . 8 syringes. 2-4 bats and at least 6 cells

As a seasoned trash Apex player it is refreshing to see someone new trying Apex. The first thing I would suggest is that you should holster your gun more. You move a lot faster with it holstered and good player will holster and unholster their gun even in a fight to gain movement speed.
