We've heard about this fire. So sad. I will need to check out this website. That's so great what this group of people is doing down there. Love how these videos not only help raise awareness but only make you rethink how you cook all together. We're so wasteful in the States, which drives me nuts. We try to use everything we have in the fridge before going to the market. Editing videos take way too long.

You are so right about waste. I really try - not always successfully - to avoid it. It also makes you more creative. You have a sad bunch of broccoli, a slightly dry parsnip and overripe tomatoes. I used to chuck them. Now I roast them, make soup, put in a sauce. I can't believe my old habits! I have been getting rid of really good stuff. By the way - this message was in my spam folder so I just saw it Hahaha!!! Have you been naughty lately? x

So crazy with that fire. Can’t believe those refugee kids with no parents. Editing always takes a little longer especially if you are perfectionist. But editing is just so fun. Now I want some crepes.

It’s always the kids that get to you. As a parent it is inconceivable our children would be on their own like that. Hoping they are safe now 🙏🌷🥰

Day 3 is complete! Almost halfway there. This is a slightly sadder video because I have to talk about Lesvos refugee camp that burned down last week 😰. But I promise a happier video tomorrow!! An update on my refugee friends from last year!! Yay!!

Nope. You can only eat the food they give you in the box. You add rice and flour - and that is it.

Omg! I’m sad but encouraged about all of the displaced children. I’m sad that those children are not surrounded by family. I’m encouraged that they have found places to go!
