I was looking forward to it Stoozer🤩, once Flinty had finally done the washing up we were off and the first pub which was from the 13th century looked so cool😍. Inviting and a piece of history at the same time. The tour looked very nice but the path was covered in those nasty thistles and it looked like it was causing a bit of leg pain at times🙈. After the thistles, the bloodsucking horseflies, it was awful to see how many were flying around you🤕. But the view from the top was great and I'm already looking forward to the next part of the adventure. Thanks for sharing and have a great Sunday mate🤙✌

Hi Stoozer some excellent scenery down in the Yorkshire Dales, that chunky grass and thistles difficult to ride in had similar experience trying to navigate end of last ride in Pentlands, horse fly are a nightmare remember getting badly bitten round ankles had to get antibiotics!, great drone shots of yourself and flinty enjoying the ride and scenery, will be in touch about upcoming ride and thanks for sharing! 😁🤙

I felt for you both with those horse flies, bloody nightmare! Those thistles though, I reckon some Scottish people came down with their pockets full of thistle seeds and scattered them about mate hehe😂

Stingy Thistles and Horse Flies. Honestly, you could not make it up. It would have been safer cycling through the Amazon jungle 😂. I had lumps all over my legs & arms for weeks afterwards. Despite that, it was a cracking day out pal. Cheers. Stoozer.
