I absolutely love how the Body of Christ is joined together to SERVE in the power and Presence of the Holy Spirit. Leaning on one another and being willing to learn from one another. Everyone has different gifts and talents in the Lord and we need them all! I thank God for all of your gifts and talents and how you use them in your local churches and in your daily lives☺️ Lord help us to continue to build one another up and help us to be teachable. We will always be forever learning about You. Thank You for the wonderful adventure of this walk..it’s not always easy…sometimes downright uncomfortable. BUT You are inside of us, giving us everything we need to stand. Thank You dear sweet Jesus♥️

‭Romans‬ ‭14:7‭-‬9‬ ‭ESV‬ [7] For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. [8] For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s. [9] For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living. What an encouragement these words are! Christ is life to those who are living right now, but also to those who died in faith. I will see my loved ones again in glory! Thank you, Father God! Thank you, Jesus! Wow. In order to bring peace, the chaos must be dealt with. And, God will crush the enemy under His feet. Praise His holy name!

Hey Tara-Leigh. A quick shoutout to thank you for your efforts and ministry. My wife and I started doing a regular Bible reading plan about 15 years ago, using the One Year Chronological Bible, as part of a small group study. I’ve used that as my daily Bible reading ever since, even after losing my wife to cancer 5 years ago. But I came upon The Bible Recap after listening to your interview with Allie Beth Stuckey. I immediately started in on the New Testament version of The Bible Recap. What a blessing this has been! Your insights and thoughts in these recap videos have been so valuable - even to this seasoned old dude. The resources you share are also invaluable. I shared The Bible Recap with my pastor soon after I started. He told me that he and his wife had just recently started TBR for their daily reading together, as well. I plan on starting the Old Testament as soon as I finish the New Testament. And I plan on this being my daily reading plan for a long time to come. I also just finished reading The Joy of the Trinity. What a wonderfully done text! So again - thank you for all you and your team have done to put together your ministry, which I support each month. God bless you, young lady!

I love Romans. It's so rich. Several things stood out to me in these chapters, but the two that stood out the most were in chapter 15: Romans 15:5, "May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had" and Romans 15:13, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the holy spirit."

So often I find myself eager to judge others who are not on the same page as me in my church community. To learn to step back and address these differences in harmony. Am I right? Or am I wrong? That is not the way we should approach our differing points of view. First I need to lean into the LORD. If I am to have a discussion - it should be done in the Spirit. If there is need for conviction - that is GOD’s department, not mine. I need to be sure that I am not be to a stumbling block to someone else’s faith. I am to encourage not to tear down. So often we want others to be on the same page as ME. I KNOW THE TRUTH. We maybe I don’t. I need to be open to let the Holy Spirit lead in my Bible studies and medications. The 5 daily prayers - I intentionally pause over them everyday as I pray them. I want the Holy Spirit to bring me something new. Bring me clarity as I grow in faith. Remind me to be humble and love others as Jesus has loved me - taught us to love. May I also be convicted in the things/areas that I need to be convicted about. 🙏🏽🕊️💙

I am enjoying this study SO MUCH! I have two weeks left in the year long plan and have learned so much more than just doing it on my own. Our Bible Study took a leap of faith and committed to do this in January, and here we are! Not all of us will finish on time, but we keep spurting each other on to finish strong- whenever that is!! I desperately want to go to Israel with you and Candace Cameron Bure!! I loved the season you were on her podcast. Keep up the God-Work, Tara Leigh!!

Today's lesson was so inspiring and uplifting! I come from atheist family background but i got drawn to God recently. A huge thing that kept me away from Christianity was a stereotype that Christians are so closed-minded and mean to anyone who looks/behaves/thinks in any way different from them. Thanks to book of Romans i now realised that the real spirit of Christianity is the one of peace, harmony and tolerance ❤️🙏🏻

‭‭Romans‬ ‭14:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬ [1] Accept other believers who are weak in faith, and don’t argue with them about what they think is right or wrong. [7] For we don’t live for ourselves or die for ourselves. [8] If we live, it’s to honor the Lord. And if we die, it’s to honor the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. [9] Christ died and rose again for this very purpose-to be Lord both of the living and of the dead. [10] So why do you condemn another believer? Why do you look down on another believer? Remember, we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. [12] Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God. [13] So let’s stop condemning each other. Decide instead to live in such a way that you will not cause another believer to stumble and fall. ‭‭Romans‬ ‭15:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬ [2] We should help others do what is right and build them up in the Lord. [7] Therefore, accept each other just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory.

This is a perfect reminder today. There's a guy on tiktok trying to fight with me and say you need works and faith to get to heaven. YES works are great and a heart change, and outward evidence of God changing our lives. But its not a requirement for salvation, the thief on the cross is a perfect example of that. Anyway. I shut it down with Romans and said we're called to live in harmony and not dispute the differences. 😂❤

I loved hearing this today! I’ve been struggling with bickering with my partner lately - we argued over the definition of “cinematography” last night 🙄 Even when you “win” an argument it still makes you feel bad, embarrassed over the character you showed and it leads to deeper insecurities.
