Us..the social and cultural norms both spoken and unspoken ..life is crazy that way.. but beautiful too! The “is what it is..ism..of life affords us all the opportunity to do something with this awareness and be better for it. You’ve illustrated this very well.. this is so vital to feeling worthy and helping others to feel they are enough. When we refrain from reacting to others and choose to just sit in the moment , we can find that place in our soul that lights up and allows good flow in our energy. We need this practice because many times this choice all by itself is the entry point to so much more growth. Being able to do this requires daily practice and learning to integrate so many of the other lessons and a focus on our intentions. Maya Angelou said something to this effect..courage first, because it takes courage to do everything else.

Dear Dr. Shefali, you are giving me inspiration to evolve every day! I am so grateful to CORONA to be able to listen to you! I have followed every viral wisdom and cant say there was any teaching more useful in my life. However in this video there is something that disturbed me too much not to share. As with all things, its my projection, but you also always ask for feedback. So I dare to ask. Was it a conscious decision to drink from a single use plastic cup with a single use plastic straw? Its a minor thing, but you are super influential...Consciousness I thought contains also not harming anyone, not harming nature.

I don't feel the need to tell you anything. You are more beautiful without the makeuo to be honest, the makeup is so harsh and it really hides you. Its a mask. I honestly cant do that because my skin is transparent. I don't sleep because I have insomnia and have big dark circles under my eyes and I never wear makeup because I wore it in my 20s as a mask so people would like me. And it worked, but they liked the mask and not me. Men in particular. I am a woman btw, women wanted to be my friend because I wore Chanel suits and wore the makeup and they thought i was beautiful. Men were attracted to me. Now, no one is attracted to me but i am here learning to be myself.
