Day 4 Resale Report Code violation corrections: Electrical Rough-ins

Day 4 of the Halifax Project correcting the electrical portion of the Resale Report in the City of Davis. Our trade partners do great work and we are confident we won’t have any issues when the inspector comes to review it. What we did: Removed the circuit that the garage door opener was plugged into via an outlet that was on a circuit meant to be dedicated for the kitchen. Removed an extended branch of a circuit attached to the overhead light in the garage. Separated the kitchen circuits from other parts of the home as required by code. Installed occupancy sensors in the garage and the kitchen area to control the lighting, added GFCI protection to the kitchen and the garage door opener.
