Day 42 Great European Bike Adventure

Today we cycled from Warburg to Paderborn in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
One of today’s high light was the ride through Windpark Dorenhagen (Wind farm), these majestic wind turbines are spectacular to look at and spread over a large area offer a unique cycling experience.
We also cycled through the Hardehausen Monastery which has a long and interesting history.
we noticed a distinct change in the architecture today, the abundance of half-timbered buildings gave way to more brick structures.
Finally, we arrived in Paderborn, our destination for the day. Exploring the city center felt like stepping back in time, as we encountered centuries of history in a short walk.
