Great update, It's interesting to hear you have your noise cancelling head phones on for 16 hrs a day, Especially as you have sailed with Alex for many miles who I know doesn't like to listen to music as he likes to hear the boat noise so he can catch a problem as soon as possible, every skipper different & this dos seem the norm with a lot skippers when headphones this edition.
