Woohoo, 600 buddy way to go😁 Yeah, take care of that leg. it's not a race it's an adventure. And when you're feeling better, get your butt back on that trail but not literally putting your butt on the trail. no more slipping and tripping, LOL sometimes gravity is not our friend😂 Miss you buddy be safe

Ha! Thanks Stu. I appreciate your support buddy! I'll definitely be back on trail. I've got a couple friends to meet in Yosemite! 😁. Looking forward to seeing you guys.

Hi #1 Sandman, I could see you were hurting, I’m so proud of you & your attitude. You will be smart to give that pulled muscle a day at least to recover, elevate it & if you have Aleve take one. Don’t try to push it, it’ll be a mistake. Be kind to # 1. Congrats on 600 so proud of you.Loves #1 gram

Thank you. One of the hardest things I've had to do is come off trail for a few days, but I needed to listen to my body. I appreciate your support.
