42 year old here. Loving this series because I have completely switched my training up. All strength training, mobility, and very VERY low impact cardio. I just use cycling, and walking (with some hills), for cardio. I use heavy-ish weights. 20s, 25s, 30s, 35s, I even have a 50😮. Why not? 🤣 These are all in pounds by the way. I also train some kettlebells. I wish I had discovered the magic of strength training sooner! 😢 I used to be one of those cardio heads. Not anymore! THANK YOU for this series. Keep them coming. Loveeee ittttt! ❤💙🫠

YEEESS!! I feel like that’s the perfect workout plan! I’m loving 3 heavy days of strength with 2 low impact workouts either side + I walk everyday too! I use to be a high intensity nut but now I just want to focus on strength, good heart health and flexibility like you! Thank you for the great message 🙏🙏

Penny I’m really enjoying this series!!! Can you do more of these types of series! These are great as it’s gives me some structure around my workout routine especially now that I am studying and taking care of my four kids! Love what you are about penny! You set realistic goals and images for us!!

I did day 5 today and loved it! I used 10lbs, 15lbs and 20lbs today. I'm coming back from a shoulder injury and these workouts are helping me work my way back up to heavier weights and my arms are toning up again. Even my husband noticed! Please keep the workouts coming! ❤💪🏼🔥

Awesome! My weights 10kg, 8kg, 6kg and 5kg. Started with 6kg on those arms raises but second round had to drop to 5kg 🤷♀️ . Unfortunately I don't have 7kg at home so I have to go for 8kg and push through it 😆. Thanks Penny. Good workout. Definitely feel it. 😊 sending lots of love❤
