Did this for the second time last time was a month ago and it was hard today it was harder lol the second body circuit was hard for me today 😅 but none the less I burned almost 400 calories thank you Penny you rock!!! 🎸🤘

All these workouts have been amazing. The 30 mins time scale makes it sound easy but they are tough!! I’ve done all 3 twice over and loved each one more each time. Thanks for keeping us fit through the holidays Penny 🎉

This was a really good short upper body workout! 😍During the holidays, there's not necessarily time/time goes to other things, so this was really good for that! A quick lower body workout for friendly knees would also be nice 😉 Thank you for the good training and Merry Christmas! 🎄💝
