I actually love the knee friendly workouts just to do something different. I don't have any knee issues. I loved the creativity of this workout and felt engaged the whole time! Thank you Penny!!

Yay!! I love hearing that! Me too. No knee issues but I love focus more on posterior chain work and finding exercises that don’t involve squats and lunges 😅

What a wonderful workout! 35 minutes is the perfect time and there was a nice mix of exercises - challenging but not so difficult that I gritted my teeth doing this! And loved the little breaks in-between too.

My DB get ups were hilarious! There was a DB but no get up! Then no dumbbell and still no get up! Then lots of rolling around the floor laughing! Not sure how effective that is as an exercise. 🤔 Then it was set 2 and the modification. 😁😁 Totally in awe of you Penny doing those get ups! Loving the November calendar. Fun variety. Thanks so much.
