I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt until otherwise. I’ve tried shorter toes, break over, etc. now trying toes in the ground and what I’ve found out is it works! So I will use what works. 😊

@@lindsaysetchell maybe when you point something out just phrase the location of your cursor? Just to start so we know where to look. (not just see here or there?) Thanks you do such great work. I followed two other barefoot theories,one did not like to explain anything, got annoyed about questions, a weird lady in the states. And one that had good points too, but keeps hanging in theory of causes and status but too little informative to the solutions and how to execute them. Happy to have found you.
