I hope you get your trail legs soon. Maybe if you cut back on white flour that make up pancakes, donuts, biscuits, cookies, hamburger hotdog puns, cornbread, ramen, pizza crust, spaghetti, honey buns, and a hundred more things. When I go to the grocery store I buy whole grain spaghetti, cornmeal, wheat flour, brown rice, biscuits, crackers, etc. It wouldn't hurt if you stopped at a grocery store on your way to a restaurant and picked up whole grain hamburger and hotdog buns and replaced the restaurant's buns. You're demanding a lot from your body, feed it well. And it wouldn't hurt a thing if you started eating the greatest bread the world has ever known, Ezekiel 4:9, they sell it frozen.

You can watch my resupply from Day 63 and see what I eat. I even have it time stamped in the description. When I eat in town, I only eat one part of the bun, if that. I mainly just eat the meat. I have also told you before whole grains do not agree with me, even before trail. In everyday life, I follow the Weston A. Price diet. It's difficult to follow that diet on trail, I do my very best. People out here eat Skittles and little Debbie's for lunch...I am not one of them. www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/abcs-of-nutrition/dietary-guidelines/#gsc.tab=0

She seems to be doing 18-20 mile days, which is a lot more than average. I'd say she's got her trail legs.
