I switched shoes on the Del Norte too. Not ideal, but sometimes you have no choice! Fingers crossed things work out for you.

Switch to trail runners. They are light and have a spacious toe box. Your feet will thank you. Happy trails and buon camino✌️

That's what I had to begin with but I had made a mistake with the size. The were just the right size for me, but not the size bigger :(
