When I learned hammer ons & pull offs I had real heavy strings on my guitar. It was harder Then I switched to 9s and they happened without even trying

Enjoying the videos. A suggestion: more of a close up on the fretboard. It can be hard to see what you're doing Noticed this especially on the double stop video. Still, great stuff

Thanks for asking! Like Blake said, it’s built by luthier Ian Anderson. He calls it the “Paramount” and this particular one is all korina (body and neck)

Great lesson, but that pull off is a little more difficult on an acoustic…

I think fluid legato playing is something you see more on electric guitar, but the trill exercise is great on acoustic for building finger strength!
