Day 7 - Sun Salutations 🌞
We are already a week into our 30-day journey huge well done for committing to yourself and your practice and embracing something new!
Today we’re focusing on Sun Salutations. This sequence is a fantastic way to build heat, increase flexibility and energise your body. It's a powerful practice that can be adapted to suit all levels.
What to Expect:
- We'll start with some grounding in Mountain Pose.
- Move through Sun Salutation A and B to create a flow that links breath with movement.
- End with a few moments of reflection.
Tips for Today:
1. Find Your Rhythm - Move at your own pace and listen to your body. It’s okay to take breaks and modify poses as needed.
2. Synchronize Breath and Movement - Use your breath to guide your transitions between poses, creating a smooth and mindful flow.
3. Stay Present - Focus on the sensations in your body and the sound of your breath. Let go of any distractions and stay in the moment.
