Haha! It warmed up plenty during the day but the rain was actually a welcome change. I also love seeing things in the rain-dotted with umbrellas and the reflections on the ground. Amazing! 😊👣

Yeah that was a fun day. Also walked in a heavy downpour almost all day. It finally stopped (thank God) once I reached the Oasis Albergue in Villamayor de Monjardin. The sun came out and we all got to dry our boots and gear while getting a foot bath there. Great place to stay on the Camino btw.

Wow! It was flooded. People can watch from home the live stream of Fuente Irache at www.irache.com 24 hrs a day. The little castle is The Castillo de San Andres or the Monjardin Castle. There is a winery there that has very good wine. The Cistern is called the Moors fountain. When I went through there it was the opposite, it was 104 degrees and no shade, it was brutal. Now, in the food stand, they were very rude with us. Nevertheless, the people in Los Arcos were very friendly. Hey, nice views of the cathedral!

Thanks for filling in the blanks! I loved that little castle and would have loved to see it up close. The food stand guy wanted people buy something or they were made to feel that they couldn’t sit to rest. Unfortunate because there is no other shaded stop for pilgrims. 😔

IllGetThere Yes, the guy screamed at us when we took a little bit to purchase something, very rude. But the people in Los Arcos were so nice they started singing with me. When you get a chance, take a look at my video in Los Arcos, they were awesome. Buen Camino!

Will try to remember to do this in the descriptions from now on. I’ll try to add the info in the descriptions for past videos once I return. It really varies from day to day, how much time you have, and how far you’re willing to go each day. The guidebooks are simply that-guides. I’ve gone off-stage many times depending on how I’m feeling. 😊👍
